Brief summary
If you would like to expedite your return, we will ask you to send the product back to our office. You can use our free parcel delivery service to send the package to our store. Please enclose a piece of paper in the package that includes:
1) your order number
2) text that you are returning the goods within 14 days (If you write to us why the goods do not fit, we will be pleased. It is not an obligation. We are improving our service and listening to our customers.)
3) bank account number where we should send the money
Feel free to ask us anything, we will be happy to help and advise you. With us you don't have to worry about us not accommodating you, that's not our style. We usually send money back within 72 hours upon receipt of the parcel.
We do not accept goods on CASH delivery unless expressly agreed otherwise.
